Paris Burger

A burger rarely seen in Paris despite its name is a very popular dish in Denmark! It is a burger cooked in bread on the pan and then served with raw onions, a raw egg yoke, cooked beetroot, capers and freshly grated horseradish. It is usually served with a cold beer and a glass or two of akvivit!
