The French Dining School
At the Kerrouet House, each class is taught by Poul, a highly skilled and experienced Michelin trained chef. He guides you through a day of cooking as you gain key skills and techniques. Each course is small with no more than eight students and has the flexibility to meet student needs. The menu will vary with the market and the season as we undertake daily preparation of a full lunch and dinner with starter, main course and wine/dessert with wine.

A Look at a Past Course
Take a look at the menu from one of our past courses. During the course we teach you about menu planning and preparation for multi-course meals.
This is for people who really want to learn cooking in the French-style. It's not half-cooking and half-touring.... it's ALL cooking, laughing, learning and, as the name implies, DINING! Former restauranteur Chef Poul is focused on the total food experience. His students come away knowing how to put really simple food and drink together to create a feast as well as creating a complicated dish with small effort.
