The Kitchen at Kerrouet
Come learn with us at our unique home-based cooking and dining school in the medieval village of Kerrouet, located in central Brittany, France. Our courses focus on creating gourmet Breton, French and modern European cuisine as you gain hands on experience with a Michelin trained chef. I attended the French Dinning School in November, 2016. It was such a wonderful experience. I learned a lot in a warm, caring and laid back setting. Poul is a great teacher, gifted chef and delightful person. His partner, Niall, added so much to the experience. We made wonderful dishes and had nice long lunches and dinners with great conversations. I highly recommend it. I was a solo traveler and it was great to connect with the group. Would love to go back!
