This course is an intensive hands on cooking course. Expect to spend over 36 hours cooking and dining with a Michelin trained chef. The cost of this six day New Year cooking course is €2750 including accommodation and New Year's Eve Banquet. Expect to party as well as to dine like a king!

About the event
Everyday we will prepare lunch and dinner, all prepared to a Michelin standard. But don't be intimated! We give you expert guidance and tailor all classes to the participants skill level. Each class is different and menus vary with the markets and season but all courses include menu planning, table settings, wine pairings along with learning incredible cooking skills. All classes are limited to 8 participants. The cost of the six day New Year ooking course , lunch and dinner each day (except Thursday lunch) with accommodation is €2750. Banquet on New Year's Eve and party included.
