Everyday we will prepare vegetarian lunch and dinner, all prepared to a Michelin standard. But don't be intimated! We give you expert guidance and tailor all classes to the participants skill level. Each class is different and menus vary with the markets and season but all courses include menu planning, table settings, wine pairings along with learning incredible cooking skills. All classes are limited to 8 participants. The cost of the six day course , lunch and dinner each day (except Thursday lunch) with B&B accommodation is €1695. Local gites are also available to rent on request.
